The club meets during the third Saturday of the months January, March, May and September.
Meetings are held at 10 am at the Steveston United Church at 3720 Broadway Street, Richmond, BC.

The Sogetsu Vancouver Branch was started in 1963. We meet four times a year with Sogetsu-related programs, including demonstrations and workshops. We also have two social meetings - an outing in June and a Christmas party in December.
Throughout the year we participate in a number of exhibitions in the Greater Vancouver area. Some of the exhibitions are the Vancouver Ikebana Association Spring Show, the Canada Day celebrations in Steveston, Powell Street Festival, the early and late Chrysanthemum shows, Nikkei Days, CanWest Show, and the Sun Yat Sen Gardens Display in October.
