The club meets on the third Wednesday of each month from February to November.
Meetings are held at 7:30 pm at the Qualicum Beach Civic Centre at 747 Jones Street in Qualicum Beach.

The Eaglecrest Garden Club was established in 1983 and currently has about 100 members.
The monthly meetings showcase a judged Parlour Show that includes flowers, vegetables and a Floral Art display as well as a Speaker on various garden related subjects. There are field trips and tours through members gardens, workshops and a yearly plant sale in April. A picnic in August and a judged Flower and Art Show alternate every other year.
A newsletter "The Bulletin" is published 10 times a year.
The Club actively supports and promotes the Seedy Saturday event and the newly established Community Garden.
