The club meets on the first Tuesday of the month.
The meetings are held at 7:00 pm in the Castlegar & District Recreation Center,2101 6th Avenue, Castlegar, BC.

The Castlegar Garden Club was formed in 1996 but unoffically began 5 years earlier by a group of longtime members gathering around a kitchen table. We've grown to over 45 members and meet the first Tuesday of the month.
In the summer months we meet at a member's garden to enjoy the outdoors and have a potluck.
We have seed and plant exchanges; invited speakers on invasive plants, bats, composting, and worms; workshops on bonsai growing, tufa pots and rose pruning.
We have a plant salefor the public in May; a garden tour of area gardens in June; we donate to local causes; we're affiliated with Communities In Bloom and we belong to the City's Adopt A Road program and clean our kilometre of streets three times a year.
We welcome new members and guests.
